Longbridge Class - Fridays

The Longbridge Class meets on Fridays at 6-7pm and is suitable for all grades.

Class Instructor: Sifu Adam Sattar
Adam is a natural teacher who loves to help others learn the techniques and knowledge that he has acquired. He, his partner Jenny and his son Darryl are dedicated to communicating the art that has inspired them. Why not join them and start your Lau Gar Kung Fu story too.
