Sifu Jenny Danby - 2nd Degree Black Sash

I started Martial Arts at the age of 16. I started with ECKA and Kickboxing with Adam Sattar as my instructor. At the age of 24 I joined Lau Gar Kung Fu with my 6 year old son Darryl.

I achieved my First Degree Black Sash at the age of 36 on the same day as my son!

I have always been interested in tournament / ring fighting. I am also fascinated by the weapons aspect of Kung Fu Lau Gar, including sticks, sword, fan and knife defence.

I enjoy taking an active role in teaching at Longbridge Lau Gar on Fridays.
