Lau Gar Kung Fu was introduced to the UK in the early 1970's by Grand Master Jeremy Yau. In 1972 he set up the first Chinese martial arts association open to non-Chinese students in the UK, The British Kung Fu Association (BFKA).
Central England Lau Gar Kung Fu is led by Guardian Alan Neeld, who began training with Master Yau in 1974 and is now recognised as one of the BKFA's most senior instructors.
Our Central England students say Lau Gar Kung Fu has helped them grow in both physical and mental strength, whilst learning sophisticated and fascinating martial art techniques.
Everyone is welcome to attend, so why not come along and speak to the instructors and students, or alternatively why not try a free introductory class by mentioning this website.
We look forward to seeing you.
